HOW WE CAME TO BE…

At first, we were a Sewer and Drain Cleaning Service

Treasure Valley Plumbing & Drain Service (TVPDS) started as a small, family-owned sewer and drain cleaning service in 1985.  Dave and Maurine Burt, both born and raised in the Treasure Valley, moved their young family to Fruitland, Idaho, from the Meridian area, wanting to raise their children in the small local communities where they were raised.

Dave and Maurine have four daughters and a son, and as a family, over the years, have been involved in church, school, community, business, sports, and recreational activities of the area.  They have greatly enjoyed the friendly people of the local area and have appreciated being of service to the great group of communities in the Treasure Valley.

Ever Growing and Expanding…

As the family expanded, the business expanded to a full service plumbing, drain cleaning, and water quality company.

While their family grew and expanded, so did their business which expanded in 2005 to a full service plumbing, drain cleaning, and water-quality company.  Treasure Valley Plumbing and Drain Service is still a family-owned and operated business with the addition of three sons-in-law as partners.  They have four master journeyman plumbers and 3 master drain cleaners, with a total combined work experience of 65 years.

The Treasure Valley Plumbing & Drain Service crew consists of:

  • Dave K. Burt—Owner/Operator
    • Master Drain Cleaner with over 28 years of experience.
  • Maurine Burt—Owner/Accountant/Office Manager
  • Gerard W. Robinson VII—Owner/Operator. Jerry grew up in the Fruitland area, now has a young family and lives in the New Plymouth area. 
    • Plumbing Contractor with over 10 years experience.
    • Certified in Backflow installation, repairs, replacement, and testing.
    • Drain Cleaner, bids plumbing projects, and trouble shoots all Treasure Valley Plumbing & Drain Service’s plumbing problems.
    • Experienced in construction.

    Marshall J. Johnson—Owner/Operator. Marshall grew up in Payette, has a young family, and resides in the Fruitland area. 

    • Journeyman Plumber with more than 8 years experience.
    • Experienced in construction and oversees the new construction, remodels, and additions part of the company.
  • Chadwick J. Wood—Owner/Operator. Chad grew up in Weiser, has a young family, and lives in the Fruitland area. 
    • Journeyman Plumber with more than 5 years experience.
    • Experienced in construction and oversees our vehicle maintenance for the company.
  • Cody B. Rollins—Cody grew up in New Plymouth and still resides there with his young family.
    • Journeyman Plumber with over 10 years experience.
  • Katie A. Wood—Part-time office assistant. Katie grew up in Fruitland, has 3 beautiful children, and is currently working on her Business Degree.
